Safe Streets!
Safe Streets! is a community action guide for the city and county of Spokane that includes community policing tools for helping make your neighborhood drug-free, alcohol safe and nuisance free.
It is a step-by-step approach that teaches citizens to channel their frustrations into a successful action plan, reclaiming their neighborhood from these problems in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
The guide also provides tools for homeowners to utilize existing civil court procedures. These guides are available at every C.O.P.S. Substation.
